Due to continued growth and development, we are now looking for customer focused people to join us in our Waste Network Division, working to deliver real and effective solutions to waste-water network and drainage problems. Your responsibilities will cover the following:
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours, 30 mins lunch 8 - 4 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Location: Durrington
Holidays: 24 days plus bank holidays
Responsibilities:
- Submissions of engineer’s hours and on call rota to Payroll
- Managing regional calendar with regards to holidays, rotas and for reporting
- Monitoring sickness and reporting
- Booking engineers required courses and managing and documenting their certificates, ensuring that they are valid and any required training is renewed
- Assisting with HR / recruitment process including attendance at investigations, interview / paperwork processing
- Ensuring compliance for all documentation throughout the region is delivered
- Overseeing equipment supplies and any administration with regards to Pos
- Challenging and accepting parking tickets (PCN’s)
- Helping with any administrative duties which are required by the Senior Management
Experience and capabilities:
- Be hard working and respectful
- Great interpersonal skills to build relationships with the wider network
- Competent with Microsoft 365
- Able to multitask and prioritize and work off own initiative
