Position:  Sales Enablement Specialist

Location:  Atlanta/Hybrid work model

The Opportunity:  The Sales Enablement Specialist will support our broker partner-driven sales strategies. This role is ideal for someone with a background in sales and enablement who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys building relationships, enabling sales through targeted content, training and driving partner engagement.  You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Sales Enablement and cross-functional teams to ensure our broker partners are equipped with the latest tools, content, and knowledge to succeed.

What You Will Do:

Broker Partner Engagement & Support

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with partner contacts to encourage program engagement and education
  • Perform research to identify new partner contacts and initiate outreach efforts to establish connections with broker contacts
  • Ensure brokers and partners have access to the latest materials and messaging that is consistent and compliant
     

Sales Enablement & Content Management

  • Work with broker partners to customize decks and sales collateral, appropriately, and within the marketing guidelines
  • Support senior sales reps with materials and logistics for partner meetings and events
  • Coordinate and lead logistics for Lunch & Learns, including scheduling, materials, and follow-ups

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Provide data and materials to support sales planning and strategy
  • Assist with sales lead tracking, CRM updates, and follow-up coordination
  • Support data clean-up, reporting, and entry tasks to maintain accurate records
  • Attend meetings and events as needed to provide support


Reporting & Visualization

  • Help prepare reports and presentations to communicate performance and insights as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on partner enablement initiatives


The Experience You Will Bring:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a general area of study
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or partner/channel support roles
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and presentation software
  • Experience with creating and managing sales content and presentations
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for supporting others
     

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working with channel partners or brokers
  • Experience in the employee benefits industry
  • Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and tools
