What You'll Be Doing
- Accurately process daily deposits and record transactions
- Enter financial data with consistency and detail
- Generate and distribute customer invoices by mail and email
- Investigate and resolve payment issues with a solutions-first mindset
- Support proactive collections and customer follow-ups
- Complete month-end and year-end reporting
- Cross-train in other accounting tasks to build team strength
- Assist with routing inbound communication and office support
What You Bring
- 2+ years in an accounts receivable or similar accounting role
- Familiarity with general accounting principles
- Proficiency in 10-Key by touch and Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A detail-oriented mindset and a drive for accuracy
- Ability to prioritize, adapt, and meet deadlines
- A servant-leader attitude — ready to help wherever needed
