The Contracts Administrator supports the full contract lifecycle from proposal support to contract administration/management and closeout for a portfolio of complex government contracts.
Responsibilities:
Draft, negotiate, administer, and manage a variety of contract agreements including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Prime Contracts/Subcontracts, and Vendor Agreements.
Create and maintain accurate contract records in contract management database, ensuring data integrity in accordance with corporate policy and federal contracting requirements.
Prepare documentation and assist and/or lead prime contract/task order kickoff meetings with internal program personnel.
Ensure all contract actions comply with company policy, procedures, and internal controls.
Assist with managing contract management tools and identify areas of improvement for automation where applicable.
Monitor subcontractor/vendor performance and deliverables.
Perform contract closeout.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years federal government contracts administration/management experience.
Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS).
Experience with the variety of contract types (T&M, FFP, Cost-Plus, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal skills; capable of negotiating standard contract terms and clearly explaining obligations to stakeholders.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
