S³, Inc. has an opening for a an Executive Assistant to provide support to our STORM Programmatic contract at Redstone Arsenal, AL.
Description:
Serves as the Executive Assistant for the Business Management Directorate, Strategic and Operational Rockets and Missiles (STORM) Project Office, providing analysis and programmatic support to the Office of the Business Management Director and his staff. Responsibilities include the day-to-day functional support to the Office of the Director, Business Management (BM).
Responsibilities:
· Provides administrative, programmatic, and operational support, including but not limited to, providing regular administrative, knowledge management, and staff support.
· Coordinates and integrates Business Management (i.e., financial management, cost, and acquisition) requirements.
· Develops and consolidates information and data to build briefings for internal and external reviews.
· Reviews and submits Acquisition Documentation into Team Track for PEO Review and approval and coordination with Army Contracting Command.
· Coordinates and tracks PEO Staff Action Control Office taskers to ensure closure.
· Reviews and submits Business Management Documents in STORM Electronic Approval and Routing Solution ( STEARS) for approvals.
· Manages the in-processing and out-processing of Business Management personnel.
· Coordinates New Employee Requests (NERs) and associated tracking.
· Coordinates with Knowledge Management activities on SharePoint.
· Acts as the POC for BMD for Defense Travel System reviews.
· Supports Operations activities in Business Management.
Qualifications:
· Must possess an active Secret or higher DoD security clearance or have theability to obtain one in a reasonable timeframe.
· Bachelor's degree and 9 years of experience overall or a High School diploma and 13 years of experience.
· 1 year of experience in data management/data manipulation.
· 1 year of experience developing and maintaining office/organizational schedules.
· 1 year of experience developing travel requests and coordinating travel for a large organization is desired.
· 1 year of experience coordinating between elements of an organization and planning and coordinating key meetings and telecoms is desired.
· 1 year of experience developing and reporting significant activities and events is a plus.
· Must have at least a level 3 out of 5 competency in Microsoft applications ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
