Off-White has been expanding its network of directly operated stores landing in the most prominent luxury retail venues across Europe and the United States. We are leveraging the power of physical points of sale to acquire new customers and foster brand loyalty.
THE ROLE
Off-White is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our Woodbury, NY, location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, leading and developing the store team, and ensuring operational excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone passionate about retail, results-driven, and motivated to grow within the company. You will report directly to the Area/Regional Manager.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead, motivate, and inspire the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Coach, develop, and performance manage staff, including conducting regular check-ins, performance reviews, and training.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and results-oriented store culture.
Drive store performance through KPI management and customer-focused selling.
Ensure all team members consistently deliver a high standard of service.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Oversee all aspects of store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, cash handling, and store maintenance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Monitor and manage stock levels, deliveries, and product replenishment.
Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal floor coverage while controlling labour costs.
Track attendance, manage time-off requests, and ensure accurate timesheet records.
Analyse store performance data and provide regular reports to Area/Regional Manager.
Communicate company initiatives, goals, and updates to the store team clearly and consistently.
WHO YOU ARE
3+ years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a high-volume environment.
Experience in premium or fashion retail (preferred).
Bilingual Spanish skills (preferred).
Proficient in MS Office and retail systems/POS platforms.
Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
