Hybrid Food Services Assistant chez Casa Central

Seeking a diligent, attentive individual is comfortable in the kitchen. The individual will have a Food Handler Certificate and one year of food service experience.  Ensures the accurate, satisfactory preparation and timely delivery of all meals. Actively maintains a sanitary and safe kitchen environment.  The schedule for this role is 6:30 am-3 pm, Monday - Friday. This position pays $18.55 hourly, PTO, medical, vision, dental insurance, paid sick days, 401K and other voluntary benefits.

Position Highlights

1. Collaborates with Line Cooks and Food Service Manager to ensure the timely and satisfactory preparation of all meals.
2. Maintains and ensures a sanitary and functional kitchen environment. 
3. Prepares meals according to standardized recipes, food orders and any special dietary conditions for children, senior, family and community clusters.
4. Stocks and rotates freezer, cooler and dry storage inventories.
5. Work on other Adhoc projects as assigned by Cook Supervisor.
