Introduction to CaddieCaddie helps e-commerce companies improve their online conversion with an AI Superbar. It combines search with personalized sales assistance. It helps customers find products and answers their questions to drive purchasing behaviour.We use AI and machine learning to guide customers similarly to a salesperson in a store. We're a Y Combinator company with $3M+ in funding. We’re currently in stealth mode, working with a set of large e-commerce customers who are paying us to help them fix their conversion.About The RoleAs a Software Engineer (Founding Engineer), you’ll play a critical role in building and shaping Caddie. We’re still pretty early, so you’ll get a chance to work on infrastructure, AI, ML, core features, and everything in between. Our product has a small front-end footprint so most of the work is backend. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the co-founders to go from zero to one.What We’re Looking ForWe’ll keep it short.
