We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team in Rhinelander, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for safely moving, locating, and organizing products between packing and shipping areas. You will operate various types of forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload products, ensure accurate inventory handling, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move products in the warehouse.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and product integrity.
• Conduct pre- and post-operational inspections of equipment.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment according to order specifications.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and follow established workflows.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA and GMP standards.
• Communicate quality issues or variances to supervisors promptly

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience preferred; certification a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to repeatedly mount/dismount forklifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Ability to work in varying environmental conditions (temperature, noise, dust).
