High Volume Toyota Dealership Ready to Hire - Warranty Administrator

We’re looking for a Warranty Administrator to join our fast-paced, high-performing service department at a high-volume Toyota store. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and know your way around manufacturer warranty guidelines, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do:

- Accurately submit warranty claims to Toyota in a timely manner

- Review RO documentation to ensure compliance with all warranty policies

- Track claim approvals, rejections, and follow up as needed

- Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and management to clarify and correct issues

- Stay up to date on Toyota warranty bulletins and procedures

What We’re Looking For:

- Prior experience as a Warranty Administrator (Toyota or other manufacturer preferred)

- Strong understanding of warranty processes and billing

- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

- Reynolds & Reynolds DMS experience is a plus
