- Greet and welcome visitors and clients upon their arrival.
- Efficiently manage the check-in process, ensuring accurate information collection and issuance of visitor badges.
- Maintain a professional and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the company’s values.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, conference room reservations, food or beverages, as required, and travel reservations.
- Maintain and update visitor logs, databases, and records.
- Collaborate with team members to provide administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Track and replenish general office supplies.
- Order and maintain inventory of company-logo apparel.
- Contribute to the overall office organization and cleanliness.
- Provide Administrative support to Managing Director.
- Handle expense reports for Managing Director utilizing Concur.
- Assist Accounts Payable with cash applications: posting payments received from banks, handle collections on smaller accounts
