Moyer Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and Mazda is one of five family-owned and operated new car Dealerships in the Moyer Auto Group. We are seeking to hire a Parts Specialist to assist mechanics and customers in selecting and purchasing needed parts for their repairs. This is a perfect position if you are someone who loves cars and loves helping people solve problems. This individual must be able work in a fast-paced environment and think on their feet, as well as be able to lift 50lbs, and be available to work full time. Parts Associate experience is a plus as well as experience with the Dealertrack DMS. This position entails working closely with our bodyshop, shop technicians, service advisors as well as outside shops and customers.
This position requires that you report directly to Parts Manager as well as other Department Managers and as such requires a candidate that is professional and punctual.

Responsibilities
- Issue parts and accessories to mechanics in the shop
- Answer phone calls and our customer counter to assist customers in choosing the correct parts
- Educate customers of all options and services available to them
- Maintain a clean, orderly work area
- Achieve and Maintain accessory sales goals on all new vehicles
- Billing and organization of online sales
- Assume other Duties as required
- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
- Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Converse effectively regarding customer parts status.
- Be able to read and understand the parts catalog when looking up parts.
- Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
- Reviews body shop estimates to be sure the parts that are ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate.
- Provides high level service to internal and external customers.
- Pulls and fills orders from stock.
Qualifications
- Automotive parts department experience is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Background and Drug Screening
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills
- Must be a friendly “People Person” with positive attitude
- Maintain Professional Appearance
