Description
Meltwater is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Go-to-Market Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior recruiter with 6–12 months of experience in recruitment or a similar role who is looking to build deep expertise in candidate sourcing and early-stage talent processes. You will play a key role in global candidate sourcing efforts, supporting our Sales hiring teams across mid - senior sales roles, and assisting with interview coordination and scheduling.

- Partner with recruiters to support EMEA & APAC sourcing for mid - senior Sales roles.
- Conduct resume screening, phone screens, and manage candidate pipelines across multiple geographies.
- Build and maintain sourcing strategies using tools like LinkedIn, job boards, and databases.
- Support interview coordination and scheduling, including liaising with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate data within our Applicant Tracking System and reporting tools.
- Contribute to talent pipeline initiatives and employer branding activities
- 6–12 months of experience in a recruitment or sourcing-related role (agency or in-house).
- Solid understanding of sourcing tools and techniques, with experience in resume and phone screening.
- Some experience or strong interest in interview coordination and scheduling.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
- Interest in learning global recruitment processes and tools.
- Comfortable supporting a hybrid team and working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Ability to work from the Hyderabad office 2 days a week.
