We have an exciting job opportunity in New York!

Education & experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7 to 10 years of experience, preferably in sales and/or marketing.
• Strong background in USA distribution.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Strategic and Operational Plans to achieve volume, revenue, and EBIT targets.
• Lead Route-to-Market (RTM) and Premium Portfolio strategies to unlock growth opportunities.
• Oversee distributor performance and ensure excellent outlet execution across markets.
• Drive marketing and sales programs, ensuring strong brand positioning and portfolio management.
• Monitor and improve commercial performance through tools like Trade Census and Sources of Growth.
• Ensure alignment with company policies and contribute to talent development within the commercial team.
