Trystar’s team members are our most important asset, we are in search of Pre-Assemblers for various Assembly lines and cells. This position plays a critical role in achieving our strategic objectives. Trystar’s Pre-Assembler position is an important part of Trystar’s plan to become the world’s foremost custom solution provider.
The Pre-Assembler proficiently assembles various high quality portable and permanent power distribution components and cable assembles in a safe manner within a high-volume manufacturing environment.

In this role you will get to:
- Review and understand job orders and interact with Epicor, by properly badging in and out of active job orders on the production floor.
- Read, comprehend, and execute processes and procedures according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) which are necessary to safely and properly operate the equipment and tools required to assemble the product.
- Must understand, complete, and maintain all required paperwork related to Pre-Assembly tasks.
- Maintain and safely operate hand tools and power tools.
- Perform and document required quality control checks and inspections to assure the product being manufactured is meeting required specifications.
- Perform other projects and duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read instructions, safely operate machines and visually inspect components and sub-assemblies being produced.
- Accuracy and timeliness in completion of work assignments is a must
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on an intermittent basis
- Must be able to read, write and comprehend plant directives written in English.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to effectively use a tape-measure, perform simple mathematics.
- Basic understanding of blueprints, mechanical assembly, and electrical assembly.
- Frequent lifting, standing, bending & reaching required
- Able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test
- Must adhere to all the PPE requirements to perform the job safely, this includes but is not limited to, Eye, Hand, Feet, and Hearing protection.
- Ability to work in a team environment while collaborating, troubleshooting and problem solving with coworkers.
