Now’s your chance to step into a meaningful leadership role as our 1115 Waiver Supervisor, where you’ll have a direct hand in shaping lives and strengthening our programs. Your leadership will empower teams, improve services, and ensure that those who need us most receive the highest quality of care.

In this vital role, you will:

    • Provide direct supervision and direction regarding 1115 Waiver Services to ensure program oversight and appropriate support for staff providing screening and navigation as well as staff providing 1115 Waiver Nutrition Services.
    • Address program vacancies or expansion. Work with the HR agency partner to post positions, conduct interviews, obtain references and complete the hiring process.
    • Provide orientation and training to all new and existing staff as needed including training required by the Social Care Network.

What We Offer:

  • Full-time position; 35 hours a week

  • Pay range: $27.47 – $32.96/hour

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of supervisory experience, with a passion for leadership and service.
