  • Sprint Leadership – Champion product goals during planning, daily stand-ups, demos and retrospectives; unblock teams with rapid decisions and clear context.
  • Client-Request Triage – Evaluate incoming tickets from Customer Success/Sales, map to roadmap objectives and convert the highest-value items into backlog entries.
  • Stakeholder Alignment – Sync with peer PMs/POs, UX and Engineering Leadership to ensure dependencies across teams are surfaced and resolved early.
  • Release Validation – Own feature acceptance, demo preparation and internal enablement so that every increment delights users and meets GRC market needs.
  • Continuous Discovery – Gather feedback, track GRC trends, analyse usage data and propose backlog adjustments that maximise customer and business value.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years in a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar role delivering SaaS products.
