Job Description:We are currently seeking a Sales Data Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the execution and management of sales data and reporting related to commission programs. This position is critical to ensuring accurate sales reporting for compensation purposes, supporting sales performance and maintaining financial integrity. Applicants should have 1–2 years of experience in data or reporting functions. The ideal candidate also brings strong technical skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
This is an on-site position—working out of our Carson, California, headquarters.
A day on the job looks like this:
- Supporting and monitoring Power BI dashboards to visualize sales data and performance trends
- Performing data validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of sales reports for commission calculations
- Executing data adjustments related to sales transactions
- Gathering, summarizing and visualizing sales data to assist in analyses for decision-making, such as territory realignment
- Implementing ZIP Code realignment processes and ensuring accurate territory mapping for commission attribution
- Providing clean, up-to-date data to Finance for commission statements and compensation models
- Completing ad hoc projects as assigned
Got the skills and experience? Here’s what we’re looking for:
- A bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, Applied Statistics or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in data or reporting functions
- Solid technical skills in Excel, Power BI and other data visualization tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP systems is a plus

At Lakeshore, we pay local market wages for employees that reside within Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
For this position, new employees joining Lakeshore who live within Los Angeles and Orange Counties are typically brought into the organization at an hourly rate between $22.35 - $30.04 depending on relevant experience & skillset.
This range is indicative of projected hiring range. The annual base compensation will take into account each candidate's relevant experience, location, and skillset.
