Description

 Provides for medication and treatment administration for assigned group of residents. Assesses resident's medical,  

psychological and spiritual needs. Assumes responsibility and accountability for assigned residents. Is responsible for ensuring that the personnel under their supervision perform their assigned duties to meet proper standards of care, including taking appropriate disciplinary action to enforce those proper standards of care.

Work Experience:

Prefer individual with Licensed Practical Nurse experience. Recent experience with medication administration. Recent experience with administration of skilled nursing treatments. Experience supervising Certified Nursing Asistants.Physical Req.: This job regularly requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, talking, and hearing;frequent use of fingers, hands, simple grasping and fine manipulation; frequent lifting, moving, pulling, and /or pushing up to 50 lbs. May occasionally be required to climb, crawl, kneel, squat, reach and twist.Ability to use mechanical equipment such as lifts, beds, and wheelchairs on a daily basis as well as bio medical equipment. Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations

1st Shift:( 6:45am-3:15pm)

2nd Shift: (3:00pm- 11:00pm)

3rd Shift: (11:15am – 7:15am)
