Job Description
As the Senior Director, Logistics & Customs, you will lead Fossil Group’s global logistics and customs operations, driving efficiency, compliance, and scalability across our supply chain. You will oversee global transportation, import/export operations, trade compliance, and 3PL management. This role is critical in ensuring seamless movement of goods across international borders while optimizing cost, service, and delivery performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the global logistics strategy, managing inbound and outbound transportation, warehousing, and 3PL partnerships across North America, EMEA, and APAC
- Oversee all customs compliance, trade regulations, and duty minimization programs (e.g., FTZ, C-TPAT, Duty Drawback)
- Partner cross-functionally with Planning, Sourcing, Legal, Finance, and IT to align logistics strategies with business goals
- Develop and execute a roadmap for optimizing shipping lanes, mode selection, and cost efficiency
- Lead a global team, providing coaching, performance development, and organizational structure to scale with the business
- Serve as primary liaison with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government regulatory bodies
- Implement and maintain KPIs to track performance, cost, service levels, and compliance metrics
- Stay current with global trade trends, regulatory changes, and geopolitical risks
- Manage logistics budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure alignment with financial targets

Your Skills
- 12+ years of progressive experience in global logistics, customs, or supply chain operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Deep knowledge of international trade compliance and global customs regulations
- Experience leading global teams and working with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
- Proven ability to develop and execute complex logistics strategies at a global scale
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing large budgets
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Customs broker license or relevant certification is a plus
