The Professional Services Embryologist (PSE) Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the PSE team by coordinating schedules, training efforts, and technical support to ensure seamless operations across on-farm and satellite locations.

Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Operations Support

  • Collaborate with site leaders and the lab manager to coordinate labor and equipment needs for on-farm and satellite center work.
  • Partner with Client Service Representatives (CSRs) to efficiently schedule work, ensuring optimal use of personnel and resources.
  • Assist with daily activities as needed and participate in the rotational schedule to support consistent workflow and team coverage.

Team Engagement & Communication

  • Hold regular individual and group meetings with PSE team members to foster connection and address concerns.
  • Collaborate with fellow PSE Managers in regular meetings to align with Trans Ova’s “One Team” approach.

Training & Development

  • Work with Trans Ova Genetics University (TOGU) to coordinate training schedules for new hires.
  • Lead or support cross-training initiatives to build team capability.

Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Partner with the team to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, troubleshoot mistakes, and implement preventative solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to Trans Ova policies and maintain a professional image that reflects the company’s industry leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Biology, or a related field.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and with external clients.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Must be able to operate a company vehicle.
