Loch Harbour Group is seeking a Journeyman Program / Project / Management Analyst (Contingent upon Award) to support acquisition and life cycle management efforts, particularly within the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) domain. This role involves the application of analytic techniques and the evaluation of program and project objectives to drive data-informed decisions and project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply analytic techniques to evaluate program and project objectives.
• Analyze requirements, status, budgets, and schedules to support decision-making.
• Conduct management, technical, and business case analyses.
• Collect, complete, organize, and interpret data related to aircraft, weapon systems, and product acquisition programs.
• Track and monitor program and project status and schedules.
• Support acquisition and life cycle management activities within NAVAIR.
   

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related field.  
• Experience: 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in program/project/management analysis roles.  
• NAVAIR Experience: Minimum of 1 year supporting NAVAIR in program management, technical, or business analysis capacities. 
• Security Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance required.  

Preferred Skills:

• Strong data interpretation and reporting skills.  
• Familiarity with defense acquisition programs and lifecycle logistics.  
• Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate findings effectively.
