About the job
SUMMARY
Responsible for New Business Development, Rollout Deployments and all Project Business by developing strategies, execution and talent development. Responsible for controlling and directing all account activities for key customer accounts. Provide interactive support for outside sales in all aspects of order fulfillment and project management in order to ensure proper flow of information and order accuracy from all internal and external stakeholders. Account management primary responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction and the long-term vision of the company.
Your tasks
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Direct all outside sales personnel providing training, guidance and direction for key customer account.
• Implement and align sales strategies, execute plans, strengthen team dynamics, foster a high-performance culture, and demonstrate ability to drive sales growth and increased market share
• Leverage field / customer corporate relations by developing and implementing plans to improve relationships that enhance Franke image which results in increased market share.
• Work with Customer Corp to recognize and identify new products and services currently not offered • Implement and align sales strategies
• Develop staff to improve skills and support succession planning initiatives
• Provide information resource conduit to all areas of direct customer base (Regional, Corporate, Divisional, Franchisee’s and National Franchisee’s Association).
• Review/Establish monthly sales forecasting to help achieve company sales budgets.
• Establishes process improvements and corrective actions through problem solving sessions.
• Assist VP of Sales with the organization of sales meetings, functions and conventions.
• Assist VP of Sales with developing selling strategies and tactics for Sales which includes the development and maintenance of a comprehensive Sales and Marketing Plan, develop marketing programs, and growth through increased awareness planning for key customer account.

• Design - Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
• Sales and Marketing - Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
• Highest Comprehension & Language Skills - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors
• Intermediate Financial & Mathematical Skills - Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
• Intermediate Reasoning Skills - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Computer Skills - Word Processing Software, Spreadsheet software, Project Management Software
• Mathematical- Ability to comprehend and apply principles of advanced calculus, modern algebra, and advanced statistical theory. Ability to work with concepts such as limits, rings, quadratic and differential equations, and proofs of theorems.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in related field;
• Minimum six years’ prior related work experience.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Does directly supervise staff.
