Role Summary / Purpose and Scope
The Assistant Facilities Manager functions as the front line for MAPP assisting in all aspects of service delivery, supporting the Facilities Manager and Senior Management team.
Skills, Knowledge and Values
- Ensure that the day to day running of buildings within the portfolio is addressed
- Monitor contractor/supplier performance and report findings to the Facilities Manager
- Report any issues that may affect the client/tenant/the service of the property
- Ensure regular property inspections are carried out and recorded
- Ensure that all utility meter readings are collected and managed using relevant systems
- To provide the highest level of service standards to client and building tenants
- To monitor contractor/supplier performance, reporting to contracts manager as required
- To assist the Facilities Manager with the drafting and monitoring of service charge budgets
- Understand expenditure allocation and ensure invoices are correctly apportioned to each property
- Fulfil the compliance and policy requirements in accordance with MAPP policies and procedures and the relevant legislative framework

Experience and Salary

Salary Range (Based on Experience)
£40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
