Location:
This is a remote role; however, candidates must reside in or near Waltham, MA or Boston, MA. Occasional travel (up to 25%) to client sites may be required based on project needs.
Role Overview:
As a Client Success Manager (CSM), you’ll serve as the primary representative of our Consulting & Engineering Services (CES) organization within one or more strategic accounts. This role is focused on revenue growth, relationship management, and the successful delivery of consulting services. You’ll work cross-functionally with market leaders, technical teams, and delivery units to ensure high client satisfaction and sustained value delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead account planning and strategy development in collaboration with market partners and industry SMEs
Own and grow a pipeline of consulting engagements under $5 million
Oversee contract renewal strategy and execution
Foster a growth-focused mindset within the CES delivery team across your accounts
Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities aligned with client goals
Act as the voice of the client within CES, translating feedback into actionable insights
Maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels
Stay current on market and industry trends, including client competitors
Approve and manage consulting deals under $5 million
Deliver accurate revenue and margin forecasting
Ensure contract and delivery commitments are met across all engagements
Lead virtual teams, including global onshore and offshore resources
Drive staffing efficiency and delivery excellence, including automation and labor optimization
Ensure fixed-price projects are delivered on time, on scope, and on budget
Champion client satisfaction and proactive issue resolution
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, or a related field
5 to 7 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Delivery, or Program Management
Proven success managing client relationships and delivering IT or consulting services
Experience engaging with C-level and senior executive stakeholders
Background in the Healthcare (HLS) or Consumer Retail (CR) industries strongly preferred
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
Comfortable working with distributed teams, including offshore resources in India or the Philippines
Flexibility for early morning or late evening meetings to accommodate global teams
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
