Sales Assistant is responsible for providing personalized client experience, building strong client relationships, meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
Client and Business oriented
- Represent Aquazzura as an Ambassador of the brand;
- Play an active role on a shop floor;
- Build up a loyal Clientele;
- Product knowledge and sensitivity to competitors’ trading activities.
Boutique performance / Client Service
- Meet Individual and Boutique sales targets and consignment goals;
- Constantly improve quality of service, meet and exceed customer expectations.
Operations
- Work within established guidelines, procedures, policies and standards of the Company;
- Be able to correctly operate the retail systems (stock transfers, payments, customer data base, etc.);
- Attach price tags to merchandise on a shop floor;
- Support the organization of back of house, stock rooms, maintenance rooms, alterations, shipping, etc. in accordance with Company’s standards;
- Be involved in Stock and Inventory maintenance;
- Report discrepancies and problems to the Supervisor;
- Maintain merchandising standards.
Boutique Facility and Maintenance
- Support Boutique facilities (cleaning, repairs etc.);
- Oversee maintenance and clean Boutique environment.
Profile:
- Dynamic, friendly and engaging personality;
- Confident, multitasking, flexible;
- Able to work as part of a sales team;
- Action and Sales oriented;
- Excellent customer and service attitude;
- Strong communication skills;
- Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts;
- English speaker; foreign languages are a plus.
