    Job Objective

    Ensuring operative and scheduled maintenance and repairs of all machines and equipment, while meeting all regulations related to the factors quality, time and economical usage if resources, to guarantee maximum capacities for product manufacturing with following all safety, quality, environment and compliance guidelines.

    Training, leading, regulating and controlling all subordinates on a functional and disciplinary level to assure maximum machine and equipment capacity.

     

    Job Description

    • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for the maintenance department.
    • Ensure availability and maintenance of all machines and infrastructure in accordance with internal and external standards.
    • Plan, execute, and document maintenance and repair processes.
    • Implement and manage a TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) system.
    • Lead preventive maintenance (PVI) activities and continuously improve quality standards.
    • Manage spare parts inventory, including shortage and emergency management for critical components.
    • Ensure technical performance of all production machines and integrate CCPS (Critical Control Point System) processes.
    • Operate and maintain key infrastructure systems, including HVAC, compressed air systems, and electrical distribution.
    • Lead and develop the maintenance team; responsible for its structure and capability building.
    • Provide training and technical guidance to maintenance staff to enable quick and effective troubleshooting.
    • Lead or participate in technical projects as required.
    • Fulfill stand-by duties in alignment with resource scheduling.

     

    Professional Experience & Qualifications

    • Economic, technological, or engineering apprenticeship or equivalent specialist qualification.
    • 7+ years of work experience as a maintenance engineer, ideally in the automotive industry.
    • Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with hydraulic systems and electrical controls.
    • Demonstrated ability to analyze and determine root causes of equipment failures.
    • Previous management experience leading complex maintenance or engineering teams (e.g., department head level).
    • 1–2 years of international work experience is preferred.

     

    Skills & Competencies

    • Strong team management and organizational abilities.
    • Ability to conduct independent workshops, applying moderation tools (agenda setting, time management, etc.).
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Local language proficiency at C1–C2 level (fluent, spontaneous, and precise communication).
    • English proficiency at B1–B2 level (advanced, independent use of language).
