Description
Responsibilities include:
- Operating and cooking using the grill equipment, fryolator, & soup station.
- Prepare food items such as vegetables, meats, and cheese
- Receive & prepare orders from front of house using precision
- Managing inventories, labeling items, portioning foods
- Plating the food items
- Cleaning the grill before and after use
Schedule is as follows:
Mon & Wed 4pm-10pm
Fri 5pm-10pm
Sun 11am-10pm
Requirements
- This position is PT appx 25-27 hours per week and must be available Fridays and Sundays
- Education: High School or equivalent
- Experience: Proven experience assisting in kitchens
- Allergen Awareness Certification
