What You’ll Do:
As an ABA Technician, you will provide direct 1:1 teaching and behavioral support to children and youth using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Working under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst, you’ll help implement treatment plans and coach caregivers to support skill development and positive behavior in everyday environments.

Key Responsibilities:
· Provide direct ABA-based instruction and behavior supports to enrolled youth
· Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising Behavior Analyst
· Coach parents/caregivers on strategies to reinforce behavioral goals
· Monitor and document youth progress toward treatment plan goals
· Participate in team meetings, including Care Planning Team (CPT) meetings
· Maintain contact with care providers, such as outpatient therapists or ICC teams
· Complete timely and accurate documentation of service delivery and progress
· Maintain productivity targets and compliance with agency standards
Who You Are:
· Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 year of experience working with youth and families
– OR – Associate’s Degree with at least 2 years of relevant direct service experience
· Strong communication skills and a desire to support others
· Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention planning (preferred)
· Ability to implement behavioral strategies and work collaboratively with families
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
· Must be 21 years or older
