We are currently looking for an Enterprise Applications Administrator to work Monday - Friday at our Branch located at our Ogden or City Creek branch. The Enterprise Applications Administrator is a highly skilled individual contributor responsible for the configuration, optimization, and governance of key enterprise platforms—including ServiceNow, DocuSign, Jira, and M365. This role ensures application stability, user enablement, effective system integrations, and continuous improvement across the bank’s enterprise systems. The ideal candidate is a hands-on platform expert and system owner, proactively collaborating with internal teams and vendors to deliver seamless user experiences, data accuracy, and scalable solutions.

Experience/Skills necessary to perform duties:

• 5+ years of experience administering a variety of enterprise applications, with 3+ years of M365 administration.

• Proven experience configuring automated workflows, and custom integrations.

• Strong understanding of user access controls, role-based security, and database models.

• Experience in application lifecycle management, release management, and platform upgrades.

• Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript (within ServiceNow), or SQL.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate independently in a high-impact role.

Preferred

• Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies.

• ITIL v4 certification or equivalent ServiceNow certifications.

• Understanding of banking regulations, compliance standards, and audit processes.

Regular Duties and Responsibilities:

Enterprise Application Administration

• Serve as the administrator of enterprise systems such as Jira, HRIS platforms, Microsoft 365, DocuSign, and others as assigned.

• Support and learn from the ServiceNow administrator with platform configurations on secondary projects.

• Monitor application performance, user activity, and system availability to ensure uptime and optimization opportunities.

• Ensure consistent permission management, role-based access, and audit readiness across enterprise systems.

• Partner with business units to define and implement technology solutions that improve workflows and reporting capabilities.

Integration & Automation

• Design and manage integrations between enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and other custom connections.

• Ensure data consistency and flow across connected applications (e.g., HRIS to Active Directory, ServiceNow to Jira).

• Support automation initiatives to eliminate manual tasks, increase efficiency, and enforce compliance standards.

• Implement SSO and auto-provisioning across applicable systems.

Governance & Documentation

• Maintain comprehensive documentation including configuration settings, process workflows, system diagrams, and support guides.

• Ensure systems adhere to internal security policies, access controls, and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOC 2, GLBA).

• Participate in IT audits, due diligence requests, and vendor management efforts related to enterprise applications.

• Stay current with system roadmaps and release notes; evaluate new functionality and proactively communicate feature adoption opportunities.

• Execute other duties as assigned.
