Your Mission
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven B2B Growth Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives in France. You will be responsible for planning and executing the local marketing strategy aligned with our global 3A framework: Awareness, Attraction, and Acquisition.
You’ll directly report to the Group CMO and work closely with cross-functional teams across sales, consulting, and global marketing functions. You will also manage one junior marketing specialist and trainees/apprentices.
This is a high-impact role requiring strong leadership, multi-channel marketing expertise, and hands-on operational capabilities. You will have to shape France’s marketing performance and a clear mandate to generate revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Acquisition (Top Priority)
Event & Webinar Strategy:
Plan and execute a diverse event calendar (breakfasts, round tables, webinars, fireside chats) aligned with sales goals and budget. You’ll manage logistics, content curation, speaker preparation, and post-event follow-ups.
Collaborate with leading tech and marketing partners (e.g., Google, Microsoft, Amazon, IBM, CDPs).
Lead Generation:
Build Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs and manage end-to-end lead generation campaigns using Pardot and Salesforce. Own the conversion funnel from lead to qualified opportunity.
Social Selling:
Equip consultants and business developers with tools and messaging for LinkedIn outreach using Sales Navigator and other social selling techniques.
2. Attraction
Marketing Automation:
Develop lead nurturing journeys segmented by audience and service offering, driving engagement and pipeline contribution.
Digital Advertising:
Manage campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other channels to boost offer visibility and generate qualified leads.
3. Awareness
Content Sourcing & Thought Leadership:
Identify internal experts to co-create impactful content (blogs, white papers, conference decks), supported by our content team.
Customer Testimonials:
Manage testimonial production (print and video) from client relationships to final delivery.
Website Localization & SEO:
Ensure the French website is aligned with the global version and optimized for search.
Awards & Recognition:
Source and submit high-value projects for relevant industry awards in Data, AI, and Digital Marketing.
Operational Excellence
Develop and maintain an annual marketing activity calendar.
Manage the local marketing budget for optimal ROI.
Use metrics and dashboards to report on performance and continuously improve campaigns.
Collaborate internationally with Artefact’s other country marketing leads and global teams to share best practices and co-pilot initiatives
Your Profile
Experience & Skills
7–10 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in the tech, SaaS, or digital consulting sector.
Expertise in marketing automation, ABM, and CRM tools (Salesforce, Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo, or MSDynamics).
Proven ability to drive measurable business impact through integrated campaigns and marketing operations.
Strong project management and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced, growth environment.
Comfortable with MarTech tools, analytics, and Excel for reporting and decision-making.
Soft Skills
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in French (native-level).
Fluent in English – this is our corporate language.
Business acumen to shape content and messaging.
