Your Mission as Leasing Administrator

You’ll be at the heart of keeping our residential communities vibrant and welcoming. As a Leasing Administrator, you help connect people with homes they love — while making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.

This is not just a desk job — you’ll interact directly with prospective tenants, bring suites to life, and play a key role in keeping occupancy rates strong and tenants happy.

What You’ll Be Doing

Rent Available Suites

  • Inspect newly vacant suites and recommend touch-ups or upgrades
  • Meet and engage with prospective tenants, showcasing the suites
  • Process applications, run background checks, and handle deposits accurately

Drive Marketing and Leasing Success

  • Monitor advertising to ensure our listings stay sharp and up to date
  • Share marketing ideas with the Manager to keep us ahead of competitors
  • Set up attractive mini model displays to help market available suites

Create an Inviting Atmosphere

  • Greet visitors warmly and keep the office space welcoming and tidy
  • Prepare move-in packages and ensure new tenants feel informed and supported
  • Make sure suites are staged and ready before showing them to prospects

Stay Organized and On Top of Details

  • Enter leads and guest details into the Yardi system
  • Track daily rental activity and prepare weekly reports for the Manager
  • Handle general administrative tasks like mail, photocopying, and supply management

Collaborate with the Property Team

  • Work closely with building staff to ensure everything is in top shape and compliant
  • Report any needed maintenance or repairs promptly

What You Bring

  • Experience with Yardi (or a willingness to learn)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others
  • Confidence in closing leases and guiding applicants through the process
  • Attention to detail and solid problem-solving abilities
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort using MS Office tools
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience (real estate or leasing preferred)
  • High school diploma (post-secondary education in marketing or a related field is an asset)

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Join a respected leader in the real estate industry
  • Make a direct impact by helping people find homes they love
  • Grow your career in an environment that values creativity, good judgment, and teamwork
  • Be part of a company committed to accessibility, diversity, and inclusion
  • Work with a dynamic team making a meaningful difference across North America
