What you bring
DCC’s Communications department is a creative, collaborative hub supporting diverse clients. As Communications Business Partner reporting to the Director, Communications, you pair business acumen with advanced communications expertise, earning trust as a strategic advisor to senior leaders. You have proven project management skills, thrive on challenges, communicate effectively, and deliver results in a dynamic environment. Your customer-focused approach, problem-solving ability, and strong interpersonal skills set you apart.
Your opportunity and responsibilities
You will shape and deliver effective communications across DCC, provide strategic counsel, manage key projects and initiatives, oversee external suppliers, deliver engaging presentations, draft and revise critical documents, build strong relationships, and ensure high standards in all outputs.
Your skills, experience and fit
You bring a relevant university degree and at least six years’ experience (or equivalent), with recognized credentials and project management certification an asset. You’re skilled in communications best practices, project and risk management, adept with software, and excel in both written and verbal communication. Your leadership and creativity drive cross-functional project success and stakeholder confidence.
