The Position
The Talent Acquisition Specialist reports to the Talent and Development Manager and is responsible for driving a best-in-class candidate experience, attracting quality talent and administering our HCM (Workday). This hybrid position allows 2-3 days of remote work per week, which will require a presence at our Corporate Office in Chicago (3611 N. Kedzie) at least 2 days per week. The starting salary for this role is $75,000.
What Your Days Will Look Like
Owning the full cycle recruitment process for leadership roles and Corporate positions
Supporting managers with postings, sourcing for challenging positions, pipelining talent. for future staffing needs, and moving candidates through the hiring process in Workday.
Creating candidate experiences that build on our talent brand and encompass a high level of engagement.
Building strong partnerships with senior leadership teams and all hiring managers to assess hiring needs .
Managing job postings via Workday, LinkedIn, Indeed, and industry-specific job boards
Workday administration: clearing and hiring candidates, assisting managers with compensation and job changes, etc.
You’d Be a Great Fit If You Have…
A minimum of 2 years recruiting experience
A strong track record of recruiting, attracting top talent and assessing fit across an organization
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS or HCM systems and Microsoft Office
Workday experience preferred
Experience with job boards such as LinkedIn and Indeed
Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence in communicating with Associates across the organization.
An enthusiasm and commitment to being part of a dynamic and collaborative team
Strong organizational skills, a proactive nature, and a keen eye for detail
Bonus Points if You Have:
Experience in a multi-unit, or multi-concept, organization
Familiarity with Workday configuration
Experience in the fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail, or restaurant industries
