About the Role

We’re looking for a high-performing, driven, and curious Enterprise BDR/SDR to join our global Sales Development team. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying enterprise-level opportunities in the private equity, Venture Capital and real estate investment space. You’ll partner closely with our Account Executives to build strong pipelines across key target accounts.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that’s perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and is eager to break into enterprise sales.


What You’ll Do

Inbound Sales

  • Respond quickly to demo requests and inbound chats to qualify interest and needs.

  • Engage prospects who’ve interacted with our content, events, or platform.

  • Prioritize speed-to-lead and personalized, value-driven outreach.

Outbound Sales

  • Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation for Juniper Square’s enterprise segment

  • Research and strategically target key decision-makers across private equity, real estate, and venture capital firms

  • Run multi-touch outbound sequences via phone, email, and LinkedIn to secure meetings with prospects

  • Work closely with AEs to support named account ABM initiatives

  • Maintain accurate records and activity data in Salesforce and Outreach

  • Share insights from conversations with prospects to inform messaging and campaigns

  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs around meetings booked, qualified leads, and outreach activities

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a SaaS BDR/SDR role, preferably in the enterprise segment

  • Proven success in outbound prospecting to Director/C-level personas

  • Comfortable navigating complex deal cycles and long sales motions

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-starter attitude with a growth mindset

  • Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Nooks, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Experience targeting private equity, real estate, or financial services is a plus
