Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent & HR Coordinator to join our team in Kirkland, Washington. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the full employee lifecycle, with a focus on recruiting coordination, HR operations, and office management. Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting Coordination (50%)
- Post job openings across internal systems, and job boards.
- Schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Manage and update the HRIS recruiting module (Paylocity), maintaining accurate pipeline status and candidate records.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate reference checks, and oversee offer letter documentation.
- Initiate background checks following acceptance of employment offers.
HR Operations (25%)
- Assist with HR projects, documentation, and ad hoc action items as needed.
Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and other core HR processes.
Office Management (25%)
- Maintain a welcoming, well-stocked, and functional office environment.
- Oversee office supply inventory, shipments, vendor relationships, and onsite logistics.
- Coordinate in-office events, meetings, and team-building activities.
This role offers growth opportunities into Talent Acquisition, HR Generalist, or Office Management tracks as our team expands. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the HR Manager.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination or HR support, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced tech environment is preferred.
Experience:
- Familiarity with HR practices and basic employment laws.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, ATS platforms (e.g., Checkr, Paylocity), and Google Workspace.
- High emotional intelligence and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is welcome but not required. We encourage professional development and will support certification goals.
- A bachelor’s degree is welcome but not required. We value diverse educational backgrounds and encourage continuous learning.

- Hybrid in Kirkland, WA (Minimum of Tuesday-Thursday in office)
