Jungheinrich International Graduate Program (24 months, full time position) – Technical Product Portfolio Management This full-time position will support technical product portfolio decisions through engineering analysis, data insights, and market intelligence as a member of the Jungheinrich International Graduate Program. This is an excellent opportunity for engineering graduates looking to gain experience in both technical and strategic aspects of portfolio and market management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the ongoing development and management of the product and solution portfolio
- Contribute to the analysis of market intelligence, including competitor benchmarking and trend assessments
- Bring your curiosity and insight to market analysis, helping us understand competitors and anticipate trends
- Take an active role in shaping strategic initiatives, lead your own work streams and collaborate closely with inspiring colleagues in product, engineering, and sales
- Turn data into impact by preparing clear, meaningful market and performance reports that guide our planning and decision-making
- Be part of exciting business projects where you will gain hands-on experience with both technical and strategic topics
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical or interdisciplinary field (e.g., Engineering studies, Business Engineering, Mechatronics)
- A passion for problem-solving and the ability to think analytically and approach challenges with structure and creativity
- Confidence in using Microsoft Excel at an advanced level including experience with VBA for automating and streamlining reporting tasks
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly
- Curious, proactive, and eager to contribute to strategic business thinking
