Responsibilities & Qualifications
Essential Job Functions:
Learn about Texas Mutual’s community partnerships
Participate in the grant-making process
Assist with tasks related to event sponsorship commitments
Utilize online platforms that track volunteering and charitable giving
Select and complete research projects on Community Affairs topics
Gain an understanding of the importance of corporate citizenship
Complete tasks and projects as assigned by the department
Participate in division meetings and trainings, as required
The ideal candidate must:
Be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
Have an interest in non-profit relations, charitable giving, corporate communications, corporate citizenship practice, grant-making, sponsorship management and/or community partnerships
Be available to intern on Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Thursday during the Fall 2025 semester for up to 20 hours per week
Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications

The base pay is based on the market evaluation of the job. Individual base pay is determined by a variety of factors, including experience, performance, education, and demonstration of skills and competencies required for each role. Flex-Hybrid Work Environment:
Texas Mutual’s flex-hybrid schedule allows you to bring your best self to work by working remotely and collaborating in the office based on business needs. All Texas Mutual employees are required to have Texas residency and travel to their designated office as needed.
