THE JOB:
As a Facilities Supervisor, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment, ensuring a safe and well-functioning environment. Beyond upkeep, you will play a key role in shaping the guest experience by providing exceptional service, anticipating their needs, and creating lasting WOW moments that enhance their stay.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Monitor and manage building automation, fire, and preventative maintenance systems to ensure optimal performance

• Supervise and delegate tasks for special projects, ensuring they align with design specifications and budget requirements

• Enforce compliance with safety regulations and procedures to maintain a secure work environment

• Prepare and submit inspection reports to federal, state, and local authorities in accordance with regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with the Safety Manager and Facilities Manager to ensure all employees receive OSHA training and adhere to safety protocols

• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly, using problem-solving skills to anticipate and mitigate potential challenges
   

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Proven experience in facility management, building systems, or maintenance supervision

• Strong understanding of building automation systems, fire safety, and preventative maintenance best practices

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget goals

• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
