Raye IT is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Program Management Analyst to support a fast-paced federal government contract. This role will provide administrative, coordination, and analytical support to senior leadership and program stakeholders. The ideal candidate excels at communication, thrives with minimal supervision, and is skilled at managing schedules, briefings, and small-scale projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative and program support to senior government leadership and supporting organizations.
- Develop, coordinate, and maintain program schedules, calendars, and executive briefings.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, reports, and responses to data calls.
- Monitor action items, deliverables, and milestones across various program initiatives to ensure smooth progress.
- Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing program meetings, workshops, and reviews.
- Serve as liaison among cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on priorities.
- Maintain document version control, meeting notes, status updates, and program records in accordance with contractual and agency standards.
- Independently lead or support small-scale projects or process improvement initiatives, providing status updates and escalating issues as needed.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) to organize, analyze, and present program data effectively.
- Ensure timely submission of reports, deliverables, and compliance with all contractual obligations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 4–6 years of professional experience supporting federal government programs or contracts.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to craft executive-level documents and presentations.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience collaborating directly with senior leadership, contract stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with government program management frameworks and acquisition processes.
- Experience supporting an agency PMO or similar governance body.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Exposure to project management tools (e.g., SharePoint, MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
