Salary Range: $56153 - $73003 Per Year

Job Summary: You will serve as a PROGRAM SUPPORT ASSISTANT (DMHRSi) in the Human Resources Department (HRD), Directorate for Administration at Naval Hospital Bremerton (NHB) of NMRTC BREMERTON WA.

Major Duties:

  • You will be responsible for the in-processing and out-processing of all personnel to ensure that personnel are being tracked and captured by pertinent departments and data systems.
  • You will coordinate data quality and provide planning, management, technical guidance, and consultative assistance on all matters relating to the data integrity of human resources information.
  • You will input, maintain, evaluate, and compare pertinent data and information, document errors and missing information, research and obtain missing data, clarify discrepancies and inconsistencies and compile reports.
  • You will evaluate and monitor weekly reports from the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery's DMHRSi Reporting Access website to discover, report and rectify discrepancies.
  • You will gather, organize, interpret, and present statistical information to management.
  • You will ensure that arriving military and civilian personnel are accurately entered into the database, appropriately managed through documentation pre-post deployment, and departing personnel are timely processed upon completion of duty.
  • You will independently perform various general clerical duties in support of HRD operations as required.
  • You may be assigned responsibility of other programs specific to HRD as assigned by the supervisors.

Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience working with HR systems and performing database management using systems such as Human Resources Information Systems, Human Resources Management Systems, analytical database management; Experience working with data collection and statistical analysis techniques used in special tasking, reports, and guidelines; Experience working with web-based medical human resource systems (e.g., DMHRSi); and Experience providing administrative and/or clerical support and using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Access).
