How you’ll make an impact

As the Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the efficient execution and administration of promotions and offers, directly supporting the Promo & Offers team and working with digital channel teams e.g. CRO, creative, paid social, marketing operations, CX support. Your meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills will support the team in planning, executing and measuring strategic experimentation and revenue-generating campaigns. You will ensure the smooth operation of our promotional activities, from initial setup and managing the briefing process, to post-campaign coordination and reporting, helping to attract and retain customers.

What you’ll do

- Promotional Campaign Management & Administration: Support the end-to-end setup and administration of standard monthly promotions and other offers. This includes managing internal approval processes, coordinating with the Billing team for code creation, and maintaining accurate records in relevant tracking systems.
- Cross-functional Campaign Coordination: Facilitate the execution of promotional experiments and campaigns by coordinating with various internal teams such as Customer Engagement, Creative, CRO, Billing, CX, and Legal. This involves submitting briefing forms, coordinating asset development (such as email offers, landing page copy, and creative), and ensuring all necessary elements like Terms & Conditions and FAQs are in place.
- Quality Assurance (QA) & Issue Resolution: Conduct thorough quality assurance checks for both pre-live and live promotions to ensure accuracy and functionality is as expected. Additionally, you will support Customer Experience (CX) by providing promotional details and assisting with the resolution of customer issues related to offers, collaborating with CX representatives as needed.
- System & Process Optimization: Manage our third-party voucher provider for incentive distribution. Actively identify opportunities to implement automations and improve existing processes for greater efficiency.
