Job Description
Thriveworks is currently seeking a Clinical Hiring Manager to join our growing team. This position has been created to work with the Recruitment and Regional Clinic Director teams to identify, communicate, and fulfill hiring needs. This Hiring Manager will be responsible for interviewing, assessing, and measuring the clinical competence of potential behavioral health professionals to staff and help grow our thriving outpatient counseling clinics.

Qualifications
An active and unrestricted professional licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMHC.
3-5 years post-licensure practice experience
Ability to pass a background check
Experience with GSuite software
Previous healthcare recruiting experience is a plus
Responsibilities
Conduct second interviews to determine candidates’ clinical fit for Thriveworks
Make offers to great candidates and follow up on all offers made
Identify high-priority openings and work to source candidates accordingly by utilizing job boards, networking, referrals, and any other creative means of locating qualified candidates
Utilize project management software for tracking of candidates in real time
Requirements
Professional and articulate communication skills
Effective time management skills
Aptitude to work independently to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and a strong attention to detail
Ability to work full-time schedule, 40 hrs per week with the potential to work a weekend day.
Ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment.
Experience in prioritizing a large task load
Positive attitude and teachable demeanor
