Summary/Objective
The role of the Implementation Advisor is to support school sites in implementing Reading Horizons curriculum and digital resources in their schools. With the strategic direction of the Implementation Manager, they are responsible for providing support focused on building long-term sustainability.
Essential functions
- Become an expert on the Reading Horizons method, instructional cycle, and product line.
- Help to ensure equity in the classroom by providing on-site support to teachers, coaches and school-based leaders on how to implement Reading Horizons to impact student learning effectively.
- Meeting teachers where they are, offer tailored on-site support - from lesson planning to data analysis - and collaborate with principals for implementation success.
- Collaborate in a supportive environment filled with feedback loops and shared best practices
- Proactively anticipate the needs of educators and maintain a schedule that maximizes time and efficiency
- Embrace new challenges and environments on a day-to-day basis.
- Provide evidence of site-based support and successes via Salesforce documentation.

Required education and experience
- Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and with a “can-do” attitude
- Proficiency with Reading Horizons Direct Instruction and Software
- Appreciation for the challenges and victories faced every day by educators and educator leaders.
- Clear and succinct writing skills, with the ability to produce implementation plans aligned to the organizational and product vision
- Strong organizational habits necessary for successful goal setting, project management, collective decision-making, deadline execution, and record-keeping
Travel required
This position requires frequent travel, approximately 3-5 days per week. Candidates must reside in the greater Miami-Dade County area and be willing to travel frequently throughout both Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
