Summary:
The Director of IDD Operations is a member of the corporation’s senior leadership team and is a resource person for intellectual and developmental disability (IDD) services and programs as designated by Executive Leadership. The Director of IDD Operations is a leader in their respective Center of Excellence (COE) and oversees the daily operations of all IDD Services and makes recommendations regarding the development, expansion and quality of services provided and reports to the Vice President, IDD Services.Schedule: Monday-Friday; must be flexible to meet the needs of the program. The position can be based out of any of CSG's regional locations.

Salary: $90,000/yearJob Description:
Act as a liaison between community agencies and businesses, CSG business operations leadership and programs, and fosters internal and external partnerships, collaboration and communication. Ensures coordination of the activities of program employees with other service providers and community agencies.
Responsible for the supervision and employment decisions during the life cycle of their team members.
Responsible for budgetary elements, including budget development and review, purchase approvals and ongoing monitoring of revenue and expenses and program development and growth, including recommendations for areas of service expansion to executive leadership.
Responsible for ensuring quality services through implementing procedures that enhance the level of efficiency of the program. Additionally responsible for maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations, payer requirements and CSG standards. Also develops quality assurance plans and outcomes consistent with best practices and regulatory standards, and monitors progress on achieving outcomes. Ensures any necessary compliance reports are submitted to the Compliance Committee.
Oversees talent development through the use of on the job training, training modules, ongoing performance management for program employees in cooperation with the Director of IDD Training, the mentors and Human Resources, and in accordance with the philosophy and mission of Community Services Group.
Is a key participant, both internally and externally, on committees and at meetings. Attends state program and other related meetings with constituent groups, community organizations, task forces committees, federal/state organizations and elected officials. Participates in CSG’s government relations activities.
Seeks opportunities to engage in community activities and events in order to increase CSG’s presence in the community. Educate and promote awareness of mental illness and/or intellectual and developmental disabilities influence the awareness of social and economic needs of the population served.
Qualifications:
This position requires one of the following combinations of education and experience:
Master’s degree in human services, or related field, and three years supervisory experience working directly with individuals with mental illness and/or intellectual and/or developmental disability; OR
Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field, and at least five years supervisory experience working directly with individuals with mental illness and/or intellectual and/or developmental disability.
Additional requirements include:
Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle to attend training and meetings.
