Join Compassion's Global Program Process Solutions team as a Business Intelligence Analyst, where you’ll transform complex data into actionable insights that drive global impact and operational excellence.
As a Business Intelligence Analyst III, you will play a key role in transforming operational data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization. You will own the solutions process from intake to delivery, including stakeholder engagement, mock-up creation, iteration, publishing, and ongoing maintenance. If you are a self-starter, with a high level of technical proficiency, particularly in Tableau, SQL, Snowflake and Salesforce reporting, you might be a great fit for this role.
Please Note: This role is a full-time, fixed-term position with an expected end date of June 30, 2027.
What will you do?
- Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be a consistent witness for Him in all interactions.

- Uphold and engage in Compassion’s core Cultural Behaviors.
- Manage an intake system for reporting and data requests, including scoping, estimating, and delivering solutions.
- Design and implement complex analysis plans, questionnaires, and research tools to capture meaningful data.
- Mine and validate data from internal systems (including Salesforce), industry reports, and other sources to support revenue generation, operational effectiveness, and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis using advanced statistical techniques and tools like Tableau and SQL (Snowflake).
- Deliver clear, actionable insights through reports and presentations to executives and stakeholders.
- Own and maintain business intelligence tools, dashboards, and databases, including technical documentation and reusable assets.
- Provide technical support for existing reporting tools and systems.
- Lead the cleanup and standardization of Salesforce reporting, setting best practices and governance.
- Coach and mentor other analysts and support staff as needed.
What do you bring?
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- At least seven years of relevant experience in business or product intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
- *Equivalent education, training, and/or certification may be substituted for experience.
Technical Skills:
- Expert in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation.
- Proficient in SQL, especially with Snowflake.
- Strong Salesforce reporting skills—able to lead cleanup and optimization efforts.
- Ability to work autonomously while aligning with broader strategic goals.
