A CourtAvenue Associate Digital Strategist loves quickly learning about new brands, customers, businesses, and channels. This strategist is a critical part of the CourtAvenue strategy department and broader strategy function - providing support to the rest of the team as they finalize high quality deliverables across new, current and prospective clients. They’re excited to jump in and learn - honing their skills to become expert presenters, deck creators, researchers and recommendation makers. They’ll support a variety of deliverables, including landscape assessments, presentation development, third party research and more. Our Associate Digital Strategist needs to be experienced in synthesizing research - leveraging market research, primary research or competitive analysis to push our client deliverables forward. They’ll work closely with the strategy, data, creative and (customer) experience teams - plugging in data and research where needed.
Final compensation is determined based on total related experience and geography of the candidate selected
Responsibilities
Assist the strategy team in conducting analysis to set the context and current state for new clients (of competition, customers, industry, etc.)
Conduct and synthesize user research to support strategy and creative deliverables
Support slide and story development for client deliverables - partnering directly with a more senior strategy team member on final delivery
Aid in producing thought leadership pieces on innovation, industry trends, or future predictions
Keep the strategy team and broader CourtAvenue up to date on industry and category wide trends that impact our client work
Requirements
1+ year(s) of professional experience (agency-specific experience preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Samples of previous deliverables that demonstrate your ability to deliver strong research synthesis
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and research and derive insights to optimize client deliverables
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentation content and present data to clients
Ability to partner closely with adjacent CourtAvenue departments, including data and creative
Time management skills - with the ability to manage multiple asks at the same time and prioritize appropriately
Passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies
