Job Description

This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

About the Role

As the Manager of Affiliate and Gift Card Marketing,  you will drive traffic and sales by leading the Affiliate and Gift Card Marketing programs. You will serve as the subject matter expert while focusing on continually developing and executing new strategies to enhance performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement program vision and strategy to drive omnichannel traffic and sales growth aligned to quarterly business targets

  • Manage channel strategy and execution through inventory management, platform strategy, financial forecasting, rigorous analysis, constant innovation and testing and external partner management

  • Guide Affiliate program activation by coordinating and communicating ongoing offers and promotional placements between internal and external partners

  • Lead internal cross-functional partnerships that promote growth in each channel, including Store Planning, Brand Strategy, Analytics, Digital and Merchant teams

  • Remain up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve Affiliate and Gift Card Program

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing affiliates and gift card partners while building new relationships to expand the program 

  • Create an effective work environment by developing a common vision, setting clear objectives, expecting teamwork, recognizing outstanding performance and maintaining open communications

  • Develop staff through coaching, providing performance feedback, providing effective performance assessments and establishing performance and development plans

What Skills You Have

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field

  • 5+ years of affiliate experience in a high-volume transaction environment

  • Extensive gift card marketing experience

  • Expert knowledge of affiliate execution technology (Impact Radius)

  • Working knowledge and usage of website traffic analytics software (Google Analytics, Omniture)

  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions

Preferred

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science and/or advanced Mathematics

  • Proven ability to accomplish high-impact projects in a large organization

  • Ability to develop frameworks, processes and protocols

  • Understanding of store operations, inventory management and sales planning

  • Experience in corporate sales

  • Understanding of the incentive industry
