  • Develop clean, efficient, and scalable code while addressing complex challenges.
  • Assume ownership of projects and independently drive solutions, demonstrating initiative and creativity in overcoming obstacles.
  • Design and construct resilient microservice architectures to accommodate high-volume data ingestion (processing millions of images daily).
  • Engage with diverse technologies, including Go, TypeScript (Node.js), and cloud platforms like AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
  • Design and oversee backend systems and databases using tools such as PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, DynamoDB, and Redis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions are scalable and meet business requirements.
  • Lead technical initiatives and mentor fellow engineers.
Required Skills
  • Proficiency in coding with Go and TypeScript (Node.js).
  • Strong foundation in backend systems and databases, with familiarity in cloud services like AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
  • Extensive experience with microservice architecture, designing high-performance, high-availability systems.
  • Ability to navigate a variety of tools and technologies and select the most appropriate ones for specific tasks.
  • Demonstrated experience in spearheading technical initiatives and collaborating effectively with engineering and product teams.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in software engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
