About The Role As an **Analytics Specialist**, you’ll work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to illuminate the impact chain of the product, from the performance of algorithms and large language models, through nudges and recommendations made to hospital staff, to the actions they take and the operational impact they have. Most important to the role will be your ability to understand new domains quickly, operate at multiple altitudes, and adjust your “speed vs scalability” dial depending on the situation. It will require your: - Domain knowledge and business savvy to help identify the most important opportunities, - Applied analytical skills that balance rigor against practicality and simplicity, and - Design sense to make the tools built as intuitive and usable as possible. This is a high-impact role that will drive innovation in the product, magnify the value of the entire solution suite, and shape the market position. Responsibilities - Work closely with Product Management to define and execute analyses that drive strategic product decisions. - Design and develop analytics products (both client-facing and internal) that magnify the value of the rest of the solution. - Ensure that the analytics products delivered have both the rigor and polish to delight the users. Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience in analytics or business intelligence. - Proficiency in SQL. - Healthcare domain experience. - Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues and partners. - Proficiency with at least one dashboarding/visualization tool (e.g., Looker, Sigma). - A love for the big picture and a healthy obsession with the details. - Deep curiosity and a passion for real-world impact. Nice to have’s - Experience with DBT. - Experience in product management. - Experience in the perioperative / surgical domain. The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $135,000. *Benefits and perks are subject to plan documents and may change at the company's discretion.*
